Student Counseling Center is located at 2F, student activity center on Lan-Tan campus. Our goal is to assists students with educational, social and personal concerns that may interfere with their academic progress. Counseling Services are provided at no charge. We deliver our services through individual counseling, group guidance, psychological tests, and mental hygiene program. Issues often addressed in counseling include: study/test taking concerns; stress/anxiety reduction; relationship concerns; depression; family concerns; eating disorders; sleeping disorder; sexual concerns; grief and loss; and other related concerns. Except for emergencies (which are handled promptly), counseling services are available five days a week (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-9:00pm). Services on Linson, Minsiung Campus are also scheduled. Appointment is preferred.
Special services for disable students are also available. Two counselors at the resources center provides services to meet disable students??needs. This Disability support system which assists in conquering obstacles that persons with disabilities may encounter as they pursue their educational goals and activities. The services for disabilities were planed to assure equal educational and employment opportunities.
