1.For the academic year 113, the National University System of Taiwan (NUST), which includes our school along with National Chung Hsing University, National Huwei University of Science and Technology, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, National University of Kaohsiung, National Changhua University of Education, National United University, National Chin-Yi University of Technology, National Chi Nan University, National Chiayi University, National Taichung University of Education, and National Taiwan Sport University, hereby announces the commencement of the application process for cross-school minors and double majors. Bachelor's (including extension) students of our school are encouraged to apply.
2. Application Period: From May 20, 2024 to May 31, 2024
3.Quotas, Qualifications, and Eligibility: Applicants must meet the qualifications set by each school within the system. Applications are limited to bachelor's (including extension) students, and bachelor's and extension students are not allowed to apply for minors or double majors across schools. Students who have deferred graduation are not eligible to apply.
4.Application Procedure: Complete the application form for cross-school minors/double majors within the National University System of Taiwan (two copies, see attachment), and submit along with Chinese transcripts and required documents specified by the original department. After obtaining the department head's endorsement, submit to the respective Office of Academic Affairs at each campus: Lantan Campus (Registration and Curriculum Division), Xinmin Campus (Xinmin Joint Office), Minxiong Campus (Academic Affairs Office).
5.Fees: Bachelor's (excluding extension) students are exempted from tuition fees for two courses per semester. Tuition fees for courses exceeding the exemption limit are subject to each school's regulations.
6.For matters not covered herein, please refer to relevant regulations of the National University System of Taiwan for cross-school minors, regulations for cross-school double majors, and regulations for our school's students' cross-school minor and double major programs.
7. Please refer to the attached flowchart and timeline for the application process for bachelor's and extension students seeking cross-school minors and double majors for the academic year 113.
