1.The approved list of students for transferring departments within the undergraduate daytime and continuing education programs for the 113th academic year has been announced on the university’s homepage, the Office of Academic Affairs, and the Minxiong Office of Academic Affairs website. Please check online. Admitted students must complete the "National Chiayi University Department Transfer Student Registration Consent Form," obtain the necessary signatures from the heads of both the current and new departments, and submit the consent form to the respective campus coordinator of the Office of Academic Affairs by 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 2, 2024 Failure to complete the registration process by the deadline will be considered as forfeiting the department transfer eligibility, with no exceptions allowed.
2.Students who wish to forfeit their department transfer eligibility for any reason must complete the "National Chiayi University Department Transfer Forfeiture Declaration Form" and submit it to the respective campus coordinator of the Office of Academic Affairs by May 2,2024, to complete the forfeiture process.
