1. Regarding the quotas and review standards for minors and double majors for the first semester of the 113th academic year, please visit the school homepage → Administrative Units → Office of Academic Affairs → Minxiong Campus Academic Affairs Office → Transfer/Minor Double Major → Inquiry System for Regulations Related to Transfer, Minor, and Double Major. For any questions about the admission standards of each department, please contact the respective departments directly.
2. Application Period: From 8:00 AM on Monday, May 27, 2024, to 5:00 PM on Friday, May 31, 2024. Online applications are available.
3. Application Path: Please go to the school homepage → E-Campus → School Administrative System → Enter personal account and password → System menu → Various application operations → Application for Minors and Double Majors → Fill in up to 3 preferred choices → Submit.
4. Application Method:
(1) If the department adopts a registration system, students only need to submit their preferences online without printing the application form and transcript.
(2) If the department adopts a selection system, students need to fill in their preferences online, print the "Application for Minors or Double Majors," and prepare one application form per choice along with the Chinese transcript (new students are exempt) and required documents specified by the department. After approval by the advisor, department head, and dean, submit it to the respective Office of Academic Affairs by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 3: Lantan Campus (Registration and Curriculum Division), Xinmin Campus (Xinmin Joint Office), Minxiong Campus (Minxiong Academic Affairs Office). Late submissions will not be accepted.
5. Application Notes:
(1) When choosing a department, please read carefully the review standards and required subjects and credits of each department. Students should submit their applications only once and carefully consider their choices before submission. Ensure that the application is submitted before the system closes to complete the application process.
(2) Undergraduate students who have deferred graduation cannot apply. Graduate students in the first or second year (before the fourth semester) can apply.
(3) Graduate students can apply for minors in the same level or a lower level and can apply for double majors in the same level.
(4) Students may pursue minors in up to two departments, but those pursuing a double major may only pursue one minor.
(5) If the required subjects and credits for the minor or double major are completed and passed, the degree certificate, Chinese and English degree certificates, and transcripts will be annotated with the minor. If the required subjects and credits are not completed, no annotation will be made.
(6) Other related regulations will be handled in accordance with the university's regulations for students pursuing minors and double majors.
