- Renewal of books
Checked-out books can be renewed, when they are not reserved. The new loan period is calculated starting from the renewal date. According to Article Six in “Circulation Policy of NCYU Libraries,” books can only be renewed once. For example, undergraduate students may check out books for 45 days and may renew books for 45 more days.
- How to renew borrowed books:
1.Click “My Account” and then select “Loans” in order to renew books.

- Books cannot be renewed under the following conditions:
1.One is not allowed to renew books if s/he has not returned overdue books, paid overdue charge or has records of other misconducts.
2.Books are reserved.
3.Books are overdue.
4.Books already renewed once need to be taken to the library before they can be renewed.
