Reservation service / Intercampus borrowing services

  • Readers should reserve books that are still out. If the books have been reserved by other parties, book borrowing is on first come first served basis.
  • Readers may make intercampus reservations. Books are to be returned to the library where the reservation is made.
  • Reservation application method:
    1.Use Library Collection Inquiry System to obtain status of books such as whether it is out or reserved.
    2.Click book data to enter format setting.
    3.Click bar code number of books that are out at the moment.
    4.Enter account and password as directed.
  • After reserved books are returned, the library system shall notify readers via email. Upon receiving the notice, go to circulation counter to claim the books. (If it is intercampus reservation, go to counter to claim books 3 days upon receiving notice to allow time for intercampus delivery)
  • The retention period for reserved books is 9 days after return. If books are not claimed at the circulation counter, he will be forfeited of his right to borrow books. The books will be given to the next reservation party in line. In case there is no other reservation, the books should be returned to the original library.
