Coursework

Graduate Institute of Educational Administration and Policy Development currently offers one Master’s program, which requires a minimum of 32 credit hours of graduate course work in addition to the 6 credit hours of the thesis. Students have a 4-year period (and a 6-year period for those with a fulltime job) within which to complete their program. Course work is completed in the following areas: methodological courses, foundation courses, and profasional courses.

The main goal of this program is to cultivate graduate students' four core capabilities. With the focus on basic theory and research tool as the core of course, we develop two major aspects, educational administration and management, as well as education system and policy. The courses are on the integration of theory and practice, also in order to effectively promote students' job competitive competences; we follow the market demand to timely advance the content of courses.
