本校國際事務處舉辦「異國他鄉」系列活動，分別於蘭潭校區、新民校區及民雄校區舉行，旨在促進本地學生對多元文化的理解與交流。在新民校區，學生透過觀賞異國電影，進一步認識世界各地的文化特色；蘭潭校區則安排台灣學生實作外國美食，親身體驗異國風味；民雄校區則舉辦外國手工藝DIY活動，讓學生動手製作並感受不同文化的創意與美感。透過此次活動，不僅豐富了學生的國際視野，也加深了對全球文化多樣性的認識。

The Office of International Affairs organized a series of cultural exchange events and held across Lantan, Xinmin, and Minxiong campuses. The goal was to foster cultural understanding and global awareness among local students. At Xinmin Campus, students explored international cultures through foreign film screenings. Lantan Campus featured hands-on cooking sessions where Taiwanese students prepared foreign cuisine. Meanwhile, at Minxiong Campus, students engaged in DIY workshops to create traditional foreign crafts. These activities enriched students’ international perspectives and deepened their appreciation for cultural diversity around the world.
