一、

二、「國立嘉義大學外國學生入學作業規範」係依據「教育部外國學生來臺就學辦法」所訂定，辦法若經修正，將以教育部公告為準。
Operational Guidelines of National Chiayi University for the Admissions of International Students was established in accordance with “Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan” promulgated by the Ministry of Education (MOE). If the MOE regulations are revised, the latest MOE regulations shall prevail.

三、入學許可並不保證簽證取得，簽證須由我國外交部領事事務局或駐外機構核給。
Admission to the University does not guarantee visa issuance; the visa has to be issued by the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or a Taiwan Overseas Representative Office.

四、語言能力證明請務必依據各學系（學程）規定繳交。
Please be sure to submit proof of language proficiency in accordance with the requirements of each department (program).

五、博士班名額依輪流分配順序，分別為企業管理學系、農業科學博士學位學程、教育學系、行銷與觀光管理學系、食品科學系、應用化學系、資訊工程學系。
115學年度：企業管理學系、農業科學博士學位學程、教育學系各1名員額。
116學年度：預計為行銷與觀光管理學系、食品科學系、應用化學系各1名員額。
＊實際系所及名額以當年度招生簡章為準。
PhD program quotas are allocated on a rotating basis among the following departments/programs: Department of Business Administration, PhD Program of Agricultural Sciences, Department of Education, Department of Marketing and Tourism Management, Department of Food Science, Department of Applied Chemistry, and Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering.
Academic Year 115: One quota each for the Department of Business Administration, PhD Program in Agricultural Sciences, and Department of Education.
Academic Year 116: It is expected that there will be one quota each for the Department of Marketing and Tourism Management, Department of Food Science, and Department of Applied Chemistry.
The actual departments/programs and quotas are subject to the admissions brochure of the respective academic year.
