五、研究方向:

  目前主要的研究方向是以光化學方法合成不需覆蓋試劑(capping agent)的奈米粒子以及拉曼光譜研究。近幾年來奈米科技的快速發展,使奈米粒子被廣泛的應用於催化、生物與化學感測器、光電子元件及表面增強拉曼光譜(SERS)的激發基質等方面。如此廣泛的應用主要是奈米粒子異於塊材(bulk)的種種性質。而不含覆蓋試劑的奈米粒子更可以凸顯出奈米粒子其優異的表面性質。利用光化學合成法,則讓我們可以較精準地控制實驗條件。

  在未來的研究會朝奈米粒子的合成及其應用與表面增強拉曼光譜發展。在奈米粒子研究上,除了發展新型態的奈米粒子合成之外,還有改變實驗條件來探討奈米粒子的生成及其性質。並且利用奈米粒子的特殊性質來做生物檢測與表面增強拉曼光譜。

在不同時間下終止蝕刻反應所得各種的奈米銀溶液顏色與其消光光譜對應圖
